As of April 2019, our total loan originations are just over $120 million. We are capitalized from three main sources: private equity, private debt, and bank debt. We are growing. Our target is $1 billion in originations within ten years.
We can lend 100% of the purchase price and 100% of the rehab cost on properties where both of those amounts fit into 70% of the after-repair-value. Our rates are very competitive. In fact cheaper than most. We are easy to work with and have developed great relationships with our clients. We also build and rehab our own houses every chance we get.
We do not publish our rates online. Our rates differ depending on the amount of risk involved. Call us and we easily can go over rates with you on the phone.
